* Plant seeds 1/2 inch deep.

*2-3 weeks before the last frost in the spring, thin seedlings or transplant spinach to 3 inches apart in the row with rows 12 inch apart, 

NB: Spinach is rich in many nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, folate, and potassium.

It also adds some protein to your diets.
